Our practice provides complete eye examinations with a primary focus on providing care for those who have eye diseases or systemic diseases that can affect the eye such as diabetes and hypertension.
Many of our patients are referred by their primary care physicians seeking consultations for their patients’ eye care. We refer to subspecialty ophthalmologists (e.g., retinal specialists or corneal specialists) as needed. We do not fit contact lenses.
We are associated with a general ophthalmologist who comes to our offices and evaluates patients for cataract surgery and also performs minor eyelid procedures. We have very experienced staff members, some of which have been with the practice for over 25 years.
The doctors at Sharp Eye Consultants have a special interest in the diagnosis and management of eye diseases. They are very experienced in the diagnosis and management of cataracts, the many types of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, obstructed arteries or veins of the retina, macular degeneration, dry eyes, corneal dystrophies, degenerations and inflammation of the eyelids.
Each of our four offices has an optical managed by highly experienced, highly qualified opticians. We provide a selection of frames to fit your personal style and budget with name brands including Versace, Ralph Lauren, Vogue, Kay Unger, Van Heusen, Geoffrey Beene, Silhouette and many more. The optical also has the latest advanced technology in lens designs to fit your needs.
